MAJCON have numerous roles as the Consulting Structural / Remedial Engineer for the investigatory diagnostic and repair specification stages. This is followed by Project Management for Tender and Contract preparation and as the and Superintendent during Contract Administration. MAJCON’s experience in façade rectification has included high rise buildings in Sydney’s CBD and suburbs to contract values varying from $1.5M to $8M. Particular areas of expertise where we successfully diagnose and specify repairs are waterproofing defects, spalling concrete and structural failures of façades and their foundations.
