Rohan Saunders is a versatile, diverse & passionate Building Consultant. He brings a unique mix of commerce, building experience, insurance & technical knowledge to the construction and property industry, underpinned by formal qualifications – (BCom(Hons), Registered Building Practitioner (Domestic DB-U 25699 / Commercial CB-L 31084, ANZIIF (Assoc) CIP.

Rohan is committed to adding value, problem-solving, and providing expert advice, with a focus on attention to detail, customer service, and managing client expectations, gained from directly overseeing over 10,000 building projects as a builder and conducting over 4,500 building inspections & reports.

Rohan has worked extensively ‘on the tools’ assisting all types of tradesman in order to get a better understanding of how trades operate. He has also developed a large A-Z technical library of resources, and only uses the very best measuring equipment in the market, to cement credible evidence to building reports.
