• With the introduction of the Design and Building Practitioners Act there is an increase for greater accountability in waterproofing design and testing compliance that Architects, Builders, and Developers are required to provide.

• Wardell Consultants is group of building and waterproofing experts who provide advice to Architects, Developers, and Builders. Through consultation we review architectural details, select project specific products, and provide documentation of waterproofing systems during the design phase of the project. During construction we conduct on site testing to ensure waterproofing application is compliant in accordance with associated standards and the National Construction Code (NCC) and product specifications.

• Through design consultation and site testing, we give advice on the compliance of waterproofing systems as stated in the NCC to include AS3740:2010, AS4654.1:2012, AS4654.2:2012, & AS4858:2004
