About this Course

The correct installation of water stops when installing waterproof membranes to internal wet areas is commonly misunderstood by many tilers and builders.

Many do not understand that a sub-tile water table accumulates under the tiles right from the initial shower usage. This accumulation of water grows and forces its way to unprotected building materials, such as timber architraves and causing them to swell.

This webinar we take a step by step look at the mandatory locations where water stops shall be installed to maintain compliance with AS3740-2010. We will teach you how to develop strategies to have the builder, the tiler or the water proofer install the water stops and maintain compliance to the building code. Our goal is to help you develop the skills to use any product manufacturer and become the best in your industry!
